Thank you for choosing our farm!! We look forward to teaching your child all aspects of horse care, riding and understanding the mind of a horse. We are excited to watch your child grow into an accomplish equestrian rider! We strive on making sure students progress at their own pace with gentle encouragement and positive reinforcement. Some riders progress more quickly than others and that’s OK. Our goal is NOT to invoke fear in our students but for them to enjoy themselves and have FUN during their lesson while they learn .
A couple of notes below:
Your child may be riding with one or more students during their lessons. We try to pair up similar ability and age.
There may be times that lessons need to be canceled due to weather. I will try my best to give at least a 24 noticed if that happens and will offer a make up day.
Please be just as courteous and if possible, give a 24 notice if your child can not make their scheduled lesson. Please be aware that if continued cancellations occur without prior notice, could result in forfeiture of your child’s scheduled lessons and given to another student that is on waiting list.
For your child's safety, it is our recommendation that you drop you child off for lessons and pick them up at the end of their lesson. We have noticed that a child will pay more attention to instructor if there is less outside influences, such as parents, grandparents and siblings. If at times you wish to stay, please stay in designated spectator area and please keep a close eye on young children who are not taking lessons. This will help us focus and concentrate on the well being and safety of your child.
Thank for your cooperation and thank you again for choosing our farm!
Keep Riding!
