New students need to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled lesson.

Our preference is for parents to drop their child off for their scheduled lesson.  We find that less distractions for your child is key for learning and safety.  If you stay, please sit in designated area.  If you are bringing siblings to watch, they need to be with the parent at all times. We love dogs, but sometimes our horses do not. Kindly leave your pawed friends at home. Our number one goal is safety and a great experience for your child. SEE SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT POLICIES BELOW

KC Farm and Riding Facilities Financial and Cancellation Policy All students are required to pay one month in advance for lessons.

Payment is due 48 hours prior to first lesson each month.

Cancellations: PLEASE BE COMMITTED WHEN SCHEDULING LESSONS. When you scheduled a standing weekly lesson with your child and decide you can’t make it, this has a significant impact on our business. Often times, we have a waiting list and when you sign your child up for weekly lessons, we have reserved that particular day and time for your child. Therefore, we DON’T ALLOW, Credits, Monthly Deductions due to vacations, sickness or other issues.

We do allow Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays when the stables are off, to be deducted from monthly fee. Call for specific dates.

Make up days will be allowed if I cancel lessons.

Accidents/Illness: Accidents happen. If your child has an accident or extended illness, please notify us as soon as possible. We will reschedule a makeup lesson as soon as your child is well with no forfeiture of lesson. We can not, however hold their current weekly standing lesson. Please call for availability when your child is ready to return.

Weather conditions: Unless otherwise notified, we will have lessons. If weather conditions are not suitable for riding, we will have barn lessons. These lessons teach your child more detailed and in depth skills that otherwise are not allotted during actual riding. We will give you 24 hour notice if extreme weather conditions prevent us from teaching that day.

Payment: We accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. Please make all checks out to Kim Carter
